I visited The Last Drop at the end of last year with my boyfriend as we'd been given two vouchers for the spa. This was supposed to allow us access to all spa facilities and entitled us to one treatment like a massage or facial, each. However, on arrival we were told there was no chance of us having a...

Last minute booking and we were pleasantly s uprising. Rooms: we stayed in room 4 in the courtyard. Spacious and bed was comfy. Room looked tired and dated but was clean. We took the dog with us (20.00 per night). Courtyard is quaint and close to the pub and shops in the on site village. We had dinner _ 3...

Had a lovely stay here. Food was beautiful definitely recommend the breakfast. Rooms are very spacious & the staff were great. For me the only downside is the spa it's very noisy just couldnt really relax with the sound of constant fans I'm guessing.

We were on a coach trip on 11th Feb and stopped in Bury to have time at the market before going to the hotel. Not having a lot of time at the hotel we decided to visit the swimming pool and spa area. We did not remember to take a towel but the lady on reception was very nice and...

We went here at the weekend on a national coach holiday break. We had read the reviews & weren't sure what to expect. The rooms are dated but are ok the bed was comfy although the pillows a little hard. We stayed in the court yard accommodation which is lovely. The hotel itself is very clean & tidy the staff...

Stayed overnight in what could only be described as a standard room (Room 23), as part of a National Holidays tour. Arrived after 4pm so village shops were closed. The heat met us as we entered the room. Heating straight off and windows open to achieve a reasonable temperature. Bedroom was basically furnished but well decorated and very clean. What...

Lovely spacious very comfortable room with bottles of water & chocolates. Friendly staff at check in, we had a bar snack & a drink which was lovely. Spa was lovely although the water in the hydrotherapy pool was a little too hot. Our spa break was an offer that included breakfast which was good and 3 course evening meal. The...

We had a spa day package which included a facial & massage, afternoon tea & the use of the spa amenities. As we arrived just a few minutes before our scheduled treatments we didn't get chance to use the sauna & steam room. (Not recommended to use after a facial)The reception was busy & the receptionist did a good job...

I stayed in a family room (double and a single bed) on a week day in Feb. I was attending an event here at the Pennine Suite. It's a cute little village resort. We arrived in the dark and parking was difficult and busy at the front of hotel I'm guessing due to people using the gym and pool. There's...
