Room spacious, only one side of the bed accessible. Bed on accessible side had no bant (support) to it. Mattress needed changing. Hubby said other side okay. Cobwebs on ceiling, iron burn imprint on carpet. Bathroom good but I couldn't turn my power chair around in it. Dinner and breakfast reasonably good. Bar prices very expensive, £4.50 for a pint...

We attended a wedding, reception and evening function here on Friday, 2st October. All was very well planned and organised. We stayed overnight at The Lodge, adjacent to the main hotel building. The hotel is located in a quiet setting within magnificent gardens and wonderful views over the Lancashire countryside. It is also conveniently situated to major towns and places...

My wife and I had an overnight stay with a Wowcher voucher which included a small bottle of prosecco, a 2 course meal and breakfast. The hotel is in lovely grounds with beautiful views. We had a really good relaxing stay. The food was really good and the staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic country setting with outstanding views, clean comfortable accommodation and superb meals. The evening meal exceptional, I chose meat rag pudding which was described as an old fashioned favourite which originated in the mill town of Oldham. As I was born in Oldham and had grown up on my Mother's Rag Pudding, it was an obvious choice and I was...

We stayed in the "Lodge" which was across a rather uneven tarmac carpark and in the dark in heels! The room was dated and tired albeit clean. I did not appreciate having to walk back to the main...
