Very friendly staff although don't arrive when burnley are playing as you have trouble getting into the carpark, resteraunt has good quality food eispecially the carvary although don't seem to like catering for big groups, we had 13 pre booked and they put us in an alcove so we couldn't all sit together on the same table

From the hotel reception to the housekeepers we couldn't have been better looked after. Everyone smiled and very helpful in organising taxis to various destinations. They deserve a real big thank you. Room very clean and slept like a log. The bar ladies in pub were very accommodating. Check in time is 2pm and we had a function to attend...

Excellent value for money in Burnley Premier Inn. Great location, friendly staff, good food, a tried and tested formula - very consistent in its quality - congrats Premier Inn. Staff in the restaurant were particularly helpful.

Lovely location. Very cosy and clean room. Wonderful staff on reception , very welcoming and informative. Great value for money. Was staying here because we were playing a gig in Earby, so this was a great location.

I've been staying here on and off for two years now, even during the refurbishment; the rooms are lovely now the work is finished; enough plug sockets at the dressing table area and USB socket at the side of the bed

We stayed here for one night February 25th, Got booked in with no problem, room was great. As we booked as a family of three it was nice to see that our son got a proper bed and not just a zedbed. Room was nice and clean as was the bathroom. The only thing I would say it could do...

The staff are friendly, convenient location and lovely restaurant. I have stayed here before and could not rebook quickly enough when I learned I was returning to Burnley. Well worth a visit. Will visit again
