My mum and I stayed one night whilst visiting family in the area. The room was beautifully clean and very comfortable. It was a hot day so I worry that I won't she'll at night but that wasn't a problem with the crisp cotton sheets. There is complimentary tea coffee and biscuits

Yes there is a pub across the road, an Italian restaurant and a small real ale bar, there are other local pubs in nearby villages
