Hi Gill, guests at Welcome Break Days Inn/Ramada hotels are entitled to free parking. On arrival the receptionist should inform the guest of the procedure, however it is the guests responsibility to enter the correct vehicle registration details into the parking terminal at the time of check in, as directed by the member staff on reception. Unfortunately, if the registration was not entered correctly or not at all this will then result in a parking charge being issued.
Gill, if you have been wrongly issued with a parking charge or a member of staff did not go through the process please can you email me directly and I will investigate this matter: Jamie-leigh.rapp@welcomebreak. co.uk

Hello! I have just received a parking ticket for parking outside your hotel (whilst I was sleeping there...) since my stay exceeded the 2 hour limit for parking at the Service Station (it's automatic ANPR) I'm very disappointed at this since I clearly wrote down my car registration number upon check-in and your website does clearly state FREE car parking. How do I go about getting this ridiculous fine annulled please?
