Many thanks to Andrew (the young slender man behind the bar) and his staff for another great stay. The room was very comfortable and the food was fantastic - again. A good selection of drinks - lager, bitter and wine. The staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. See you again soon.

Eight of us Senior Citizens visited for 3 nights for our annual get together. This was a repeat stay at the Waddington Arms, and it was superb as usual. Great pub food, and wonderful staff. Log fire in traditional country pub bar, and good selection of beers, The pub is well situated for those who like great walking, and only...

Just got back after spending two nights at the Waddington Arms, it is a delightful country pub. Our room was lovely , warm and very clean. Some reviewers complained about the church church but we did not hear it except when we had already woke up, it was great to lying in bed listening to the clock chime. The food...

My wife and I visited Clitheroe Lancashire for a 3 day business meeting. I am so pleased that we chose and managed to book into the Waddington Arms. Stayed here as we had a wedding at nearby eaves hall and the hotel we had booked in was terrible and we didn't want to stay there. So we drove along and came across the waddington arms. On arrival it was lovely and cosy with a homely country feel to it. Staff were lovely and quickly showed us to our...

Our food was lovely, delicious and quite substantial. Andrew, the manager, took care of us making sure that all aspects of our stay were great. We were...

Although we had never visited before, Andrew and his staff welcomed us like we were old friends. Nothing was too much trouble. The twin room was great, large and cosy, with lovely comfy beds and beautifully appointed bathroom. We...

Decided to book in for dinner and the meal was absolutely fabulous. We ended up having 3 courses with a fab red wine. Everything was just lovely, very, very well looked after. I...

I've got to say, I've been driving the 200 mile round trip to The Waddy now for 5 years. Yes, there are plenty of other places in between but this place is just a haven to chill in. Arriving mid afternoon, having a supposed "light bite" of the spicy chicken and bacon sandwich with a couple of pints, left me...
