The Globe Hotel has 6 well-appointed en-suite rooms, including 1 four-poster bedroom. All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, remote control colour television, radio alarm, trouser press and WI-FI. We have a friendly bar, frequently changing guest ales, pool table, games machines and TV. Our restaurant is open daily 12-8.30. All our food is home-made from local produce; we have a varied menu, daily specials board and a Sunday Carvery. Went in here for a laugh to see how bad it was. The manager was miserable but the girl behind the bar was friendly and cheerful, the ale and food was great and the pub big and airy. A great find , i will return.

Thought we would visit this pub for Sunday tea. What a big mistake! The pub has lovely surroundings and is a great building but ends there.
