Having experienced various Premier Inns was taken aback by the lack of information given when visiting the adjoining restaurant for an evening (inclusive) dinner. Waited for over an hour before learning by watching others for the need to order at the bar. The starter of Pate was excellent. However the Christmas Fare meal of Turkey and Trimmings was absolutely horrendous. The Turkey (Large Portion) and Yorkshire Pudding was very good but the rest was terrible. Raw carrot, spongey sprouts, abnoxious tasting roast? potatoes, grey uncooked sausage under a strip of bacon with cold peas and swede mash. Complained to male who appeared to be in charge - he was completely disinterested. Complained again to Receptionist on leaving who indicated there had been complaints the previous evening.…

We stayed at this hotel overnight on our travel to Coventry. It’s hard to find hidden behind McDonald’s but apart from that the hotel is clean and comfortable and all the staff are really friendly and helpful

Accessibility room for elderly father 14.5 degrees on arrival. Heating was broken. 2 oil heaters + extra duvet given by staff. Food unappetising, too few staff, service poor to chaotic. Front of house jolly, kitchen staff serving full of flu!

We had no alternative but to stay at this hotel as there aren’t any others on the area. Room 15 is damp and moldy and smells awful. Bed was rock hard and bathroom had mold on walls. Breakfast was the usual chaos, a lengthy wait for cold and overcooked food.

We were so impressed with this hotel! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were excellent. There was a cozy atmosphere and the cooked breakfast was amazing! We definitely would stay again. Thank you to the lady serving breakfast for being so kind to our 2 year old son.

Literally wowed by the friendliness of ALL of the staff in this hotel and adjacent restaurant. Over a 2 night stay, I saw a lot of staff including reception, cleaners, night porters, bar staff and waitresses and they were all so happy and friendly, no matter what time of the day it was. I will definitely stay there again

We stayed here over the weekend and were amazed at how lovely and friendly team were here. The room was very clean and there was tea and coffee on the desk which we could help ourselves to which was a nice touch especially if there wasn't a receptionist there at that point. All the team I came across were very smiley and said hello everytime. I would come back to the hotel not just because of the location but the lovely staff

This hotel is like a home from home, the team are always friendly and smiley. Room is always clean and fresh smelling and ive had some really nice towels, think these were new! Breakfast was nice and hot!
