We visited Kilworth House Hotel with close friends of ours for Sunday lunch. We dined in the magnificent orangery. lovely starters, excellent main courses and tasty puddings. Attentive, pleasant service from all the staff who should be commended for their attitude and work ethic. We are returning this month for the jazz night. Looking forward to it!

We come every year as a family group to see the summer theatre and have dinner and stay over. The hotel is beautiful, the shows are as good as anything you'd see in the West End and the theatre is genius. We stay in the main house and the rooms are spacious and individually designed. The food, given it's mass...

We tried the tasting menu on a Saturday evening. We sat in the orangery, lovely surroundings but the roof was leaking and it was quite cold. The food was enjoyable; we enjoyed every course and the staff were lovely. We would definitely return, maybe on a warmer evening!

Dear Jodiejg, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Being a listed building we do occasionally have some challenges, and the team do work hard to rectify any issues when they occur. I am glad these did not impact on your enjoyment. The Orangery is a lovely room, and I would highly recommend it on a spring/summer...

For the third year my husband and I enjoyed another memorable Christmas at Kilworth House - stepping through the front door on Christmas Eve is when, for us, the festivities begin. We were warmly welcomed and after booking in were soon sitting by a roaring fire savouring a delicious afternoon tea and every meal that followed was of the usual...

What can I say, you get what you pay for, not the cheapest place about but very good, staff , food , rooms and surroundings are A1. It's our 2nd visit and would only stay for one night at a time as not a huge amount to do but definitely worth a stay..
