Although the room was very basic, it was very comfortable. It was a bit muddy outside as it had been raining, so getting to and from the room to breakfast and dinner was not nice, the food was excellent. My friend said that the poached eggs at breakfast were the best she ever had due to how fresh the eggs...

Visited his establishment 21st April 2017 for the first time. We were a party of 4. We were there for no other reason than to have a nice evening meal and that we received. The food was well presented and very enjoyable. The menu could have been a bit bigger but then I guess it is a way of controlling...

Lovely pub. Accommodation very comfortable, although compact, but fine for an overnight stop. Enjoyed lovely dinner. Very well cooked and nicely presented . Breakfast good, although coffee was cold and no offer of second cup.

Stayed for 2 nights in the B&B. The room was small but very clean and suited our requirements. The wifi was hit and miss in the bar, but I know this is out of the owner's hands. The IT companies need to look at the lack of coverage in the area! We had breakfast both mornings and it was cooked...
