Lovely room with sea view. Spacious. Spotless. Good quality bedding. Ample toiletries, not just one of each. Plenty of choice on hospitality tray. Full length mirror. Husband had just had shoulder surgery so needed extra pillow to support his arm - asked and was brought to us in minutes. Good breakfast, again plenty of choice, good quality and piping hot....

Don't get me wrong, this is a good, well run hotel but it must have been quite something in its heyday. The bedrooms have been brought up to date well and the restaurant good with well trained staff. There's quite a lot to do in Cleethorpes and this is a good location overlooking the sea or estuary or whatever it...

A lot of people think The Kingsway Hotel and Restaurant is old fashioned. Yes it has been on the go for some years but where else can you get excellent food with true silver service. You are made to feel special not rushed in any way and the lounge for after dinner coffee is very comfortable. The food actually taste...

My wife and I held a family lunch on 5/11/2016 to celebrate our Golden Wedding. The meal we had was wonderful there were 4 choices for each course. As our party ranged from a 6yr old to us elderly people the food was wonderful. The staff looked after our every need, and the attention we received from Simon the Restaurant...

I have stayed here on a number of occasions. It has a very familiar old world feel about it. My Executive Double room was great, but the decor was tired. The room overlooked the sea front, so it could do with black-out curtains to eliminate the bright lights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dinner menu is excellent, breakfast menu comprehensive....

After a disappointing start to our birthday meal at The Pier, Cleethorpes we moved to an old favourite of two of us and we we so pleased we did. We were greeted by the maitre'd and shown to the elegant restaurant with linen table clothes and napkins. The lunch menu was three courses for £26.00 or £21.50 for two and...

Had a lovely overnight stay - rooms comfy and staff extremely friendly. Really cozy feel to the hotel and only a short walk away from various restaurants. Breakfast is full of house and nothing too much trouble for the staff. Lovely facilities and easy to park. Will be back!
