Well situated, close to everything, including amusements and beach. Very Warm welcome, clean and Comfy bed and bedroom. Ample Breakfast but no cereals?.... Restricted On-treet parking. Furniture looking a little tired.

We stayed here for 1 night for a weekend away (in which we got engaged). We arrived on a cold and wet February afternoon and were met by Glynis who owns and runs the place with a smile and cheery disposition. We were quickly and efficiently booked in and shown to our room. We were given room 3, which was...

Well situated in a quiet street near the town centre and station, and just off the main promenade, small guest house with price more akin to a hotel but it appears to be the going rate for the area, well appointed with all the facilities you need in the room. Good welcome from the owner, breakfast orders taken the night...

Well been to Cleethorpes on and off all my life. We decided to go for a night out with my wife Mandy so we booked this hotel. When we arrived we got a warm welcome from the owner and then show booked in and went to our room. The room was warmly decorated and we found it clean and tidy...

Bedroom is quite small with only a small walkway either side of bed, which is made all the more difficult by the metal butterflies adorning the chintzy wall. My advise to the proprietor would be to raise these above body height so as to prevent injury to customer and butterfly alike, and provide additional much needed shuffleroom. Persons with mobility...

Room was small but has everything you need, all the bathroom was amazing. Breakfast in the morning was brill, the smell of bacon woke me up which...

Staying at the comat for work. Glynis was really helpful and pleasant, towels changed daily and she made me sandwiches for lunch rather than breakfast every morning. I did opt for the breakfast on the Friday morning which was lovely! Would recommend staying as location is a short walk from the town centre and the promenade

Stayed for 1 in Feb and found the owner very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with a lovely big en-suite shower room which was very modern. Our bed was comfortable and the room was warm. The breakfast was a good choice of English or Continental and our English breakfasts were both good quality and freshly cooked....
