After speaking to you last week, we failed to deliver in what we pride ourselves on "Good quality well cooked food" unfortunately on this occassion mistakes where made and I again apologise. My Food & Beverage Assistant Manager dealt with your concerns on the evening and also conveyed her apologies, the decision had also been made to not charge you for any food or drink, although I understand this does not make up for the mistakes that were made. Good Evening, if you have Breakfast included then yes you can use the Fitness Suite, Exercise classes and Squash Courts, unfortunately we do not have Sauna and a Stream room at this moment in time. if you are on a room only rate then the charge to use the gym is £6.00 A Class is £4.00.

No. According to "Fitness" page on the Millfields Hotel website, "Hotel Residents can enjoy complimentary use of our Fitness Suite, Exercise Classes, Sauna, Steam Rooms and Squash Courts during their stay with us".
