We had ate at the restaurant a couple of years ago and so for our 1st wedding anniversary treated ourselves to a night at the manor and an evening meal. After a stressful journey (slow puncture en route) we arrived and made use of the...More
I have wanted to visit for years and finally got the chance! As others have previously stated, the girl on reception was rather transactional and not that genuine. However the young lady that showed us to our lodge (with red hair) was lovely!

It was Fun looking for the secret beer tap. The food was to die for! Hotel staff fantastic . With themed rooms, we had a four poster bed which was very comfortable. Can't wait to visit again. Pricy but worth it.
We were originally staying in the Lord nelson room but were upgraded to Bellagio with its own hot tub! The room is simply stunning! Lovey attention to detail. My husband is 60 on 19/10 so it really made it extra special! We are back again...More

I have Sue last week and I can honestly say it was out of this world. The level of details they have gone to is outstanding and simply on an incomparable level to any other hotel I have visited. From going through the date in the room and taking in the hot tub facilities to going through the front door, our jaws quite literally dropped. The room is huge, the lighting is atmospheric- it's quite simply spectacular. If you are considering a stay in this particular room I would say get it booked in as soon as you gain the opportunity as you will honestly be nothing other than blown away.
