This was my second visit to The Bulls Head and the welcome was just as warm as it was 4 or 5 years ago. The rooms are well presented and the breakfast was breakfast was your traditional full English, with options. The only down side was the bathroom was starting to look a little tired, but I would happily stay...

Another very warm welcome. It is central & clean with a nice welcoming fire. It is QUIET for sleeping, but central. At the moment I think you have to pay cash.Pet friendly, but nary a dog hair in sight, In MY room. Nice little writing table & en suite. Rooms have views of fields of sheep, or, the setting up...

4 males in 2 twin rooms good value for money in central location, rooms clean and tidy with comfortable beds. This is a bed and Breakfast establishment with no bar or evening meals but as central in Hawes lots of options outside front door.

Stayed two nights. Our room was cold and smelled of damp which was easily solved by running the electric heater. Bedding and towels were of good quality and comfortable. The tv reception was a let down and we could not use the tv. The welcome was very warm and we were well looked after. Breakfast was cooked well but would...

Ann is very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent breakfast. Some rooms look a little tired, but it's all very clean and comfortable. Lovely open fire to sit around in the evenings. Good value for money. Our 4th return as a walking group, and it won't be the last.

Stayed 1 night as walking the Pennine Way. Friendly greeting and we couldn't fault the welcome. The breakfast area is full of character with comfortable sofas at one end. Breakfast was good, but evening meals are not available and really we considered this a B&B. Every where was clean and tidy but the bedrooms and en-suits (we had 2 rooms)...

Ann greeted us as though we were visiting friends and nothing was too much for her. The full English breakfast was first rate, with plenty of tea, coffee and toast on hand. The rooms are all very different and have their own unique style. Nothing was too much trouble and the hotel is in an ideal situation, central for shops...

We were staying in Hawes for a family occasion, so got booked into the Bulls Head for a night. I guess it was everything we expected it to be. Helen is very friendly and helpful. Makes sure you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable, quaint, lots of character, but they are looking a bit tired and things don't work...

I had an evening meeting in Hawes and needed to stay overnight. This was a lovely find with a large, characterful room, adequate en-suite facilities, a warm and friendly reception, and an excellent breakfast. Slap-bang in the centre of the village. Great.

Stayed for one night in November 2015. Helen was most welcoming, our room was lovely with a view over the Market Place. Slept like a log and the next morning went down to a beautiful breakfast. I would recommend this hotel
