Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Perfect location. Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard and the bars and lounge are relaxing. Perfect place to stay as a base to visit the local beauty spots.

Found the hotel in a good central position bedroom was excellent in always a good selection of breakfast and meals staff were friendly and very helpful with information it was that good we have already booked for later in the year

Beautiful hotel in market square. Wonderful staff and nice food. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend away. Little bit pricey but we did book a superior room so was worth it. Give it a go you'll love it

Hmm mm disappointed ! We had attended this venue the year before and had a very good night. Went through a refit so was expecting good things. Timings were not to schedule I arrived at 7.45 to eat for 8pm only to find that my colleagues were halve through their starter . Portions had been reduced drastically ,was not impressed...

Fantastic location with parking. Lovely room with clean modern facilities. Helpful staff and the food was of a high standard. Really appreciated the local knowledge and maps provided by a member of the staff.

Stayed 2 nights in this lovely refurbished hotel having stayed there 50 years ago. We booked a superior room with full facilities, complimentary chocolates on arrival.
