Lovely room, especially as we were booked into room 3 with a balcony and a stunning view over the bay. As we stayed on Monday evening, the bistro wasn't open so sadly we were unable to sample the menu but the breakfast was delicious and plenty of it! Only downside was when we returned to the room in the evening...

Only stayed one night but really enjoyed it. Room was well presented and fitted out with ensuite. We had a top floor room. The room did get a little hot even with both windows open. There is no parking in the guest house grounds, instead they give you a pass to put in your car in a public car park...

Excellent food from a Bistro which seems to pride itself on such. Having the accommodation with it just makes it very convenient. Good location at the top of the hill of the bay. Rooms well decorated and have the facilities you require (bar a fridge - not that you really need it).

Got the last table for the 6pm sitting, which suited as we had travelled and had a couple of hours to rest before walking to the Wayfayer. We both had the plaice, which was excellent. We ordered a bottle of the Black Shiraz, which was very pleasant. My partner was a little disappointed with the choice of beer, as he...

Booked a 2 night stay for our wedding anniversary with friends and was delighted with the accommodation, breakfast and bistro. Rooms are well decorated, with a very comfy bed, lovely furnishings and very clean. The breakfast was lovely (except for the sausages - but that was perhaps just us!) and all very reasonably priced. Luckily I had booked a table...

Probably best to book as usually very popular. Very clean and a varied menu changing regularly. Had a delicious plaice meal on Friday. Beautifully fresh and perfectly cooked. We could have the table all evening. Excellent service Close to a couple of carparks and a 5 minute walk down the hill into the quaint old smugglers village for a walk...

This is a gem of a bistro. Great food and all served by excellent staff. The specials board Hake fish dish was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Great value and quality will soon be visiting again .
