We had a very warm welcome at this B and B. As soon as we arrived we were offered tea and cake. The room was very nicely furnished and included sherry and several varieties of teas. Mainly local produce was used for the delicious breakfasts. The owners were very helpful. When we booked they reserved a table for us at...

We stayed for 3 nights. Nothing could be too much trouble for David. No detail was omitted, and the whole place was spotless. From helping with heavy bagage to booking somewhere to eat in the evening, all was done with a smile. Local knowledge and good advice was readily given, and invariably helpful. If you want a really high standard...

We love this place, this is our 3rd stay at Bow House. What a great, friendly B&B. David and Beverley are so welcoming with tea and cake on arrival and always happy to help. We are keen cyclists so safe bike storage is important for us. Bow House has a garage attached in which we could store our bikes securely....

Nothing but praise for the way we were able to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. David & Beverley made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived (ahead of schedule) to the day we left. Room was spacious & light with an excellent early morning sunlight view of the church opposite. Plenty of choice for breakfast even if the quality...

We visited for 3 nights at the beginning of August. From the first welcome with tea & biscuits, we felt comfortable and relaxed. The room was very good, with a comfy bed, sofa, nice shower room. Breakfast was super, using freshly cooked local produce. The location is right in the centre of Alnwick.
