We are owners and really enjoy having our caravan at Sandy Bay. On Sunday May 14th we attended our owners breakfast which everyone agreed was absolutely delicious. AJ and his team of staff did us proud with a fantastic range to choose from. Shannon and Dan worked their socks off ensuring we were all supplied with everything we needed, and...

We hired a caravan here as we needed to be in the area and it was cheaper to do this than rent three hotel rooms. Campsite amenities, location, layout, and standard of the public areas of the site are good although the one lunch we ate at the restaurant wasn't good. The caravan we hired was previously called gold standard,...

I'm a owner & don't use the facility's much, but decided to take my 3 year old grand son to the soft play. We ordered a sandwich, chips, box of crisps & a drink each. The young lady 'danielle' was really nice & helped me a lot as I'm in a wheelchair. There was a few children in the area...

Ive just stayed at friends caravan at the Sandy Bay Caravan Park and had an enjoyable stay. There some fantastic views of the beach, especially on a sunny day when you can see Whitley Bay Lighthouse and the church at Newbiggin. There are loads of amenities, such as a play area, football/basket ball area, indoor swimming pool and shops. However,...

Arrived on Friday for a 3 night stay. Check in was prompt. We had upgraded to a comfort + caravan and when we got in we were disappointed. Very small and poky unit. In good condition but just seemed very basic. Went to reception to ask if this was the upgraded caravan we had paid for and was told it...

Lovely park right on the beach, entertainment for kids was good, food was ok but could of been a lot better. Toilets could of been cleaned better, amusements area is good. Nice friendly staff all willing to help when needed. Checking in was a bit longer than could of been. Outside is well maintained. Nice little soft play to satisfy...
