Stayed here for two nights and were highly delighted with everything. Our room was situated in the annexe accessed through a charming small courtyard, which added a 'country cottage' feel to our stay. It was cosy and comfortable with personal touches, such as a little shelf with books & magazines and delicious biscuits served alongside the tea & coffee facilities....

If you are looking for a B&B (and owner - Lynne) that gives A1 customer service, cleanliness and great breakfasts then look no further. Welcoming atmosphere and tips on where to visit in the area. Really can't recommend this enough to anyone looking for a quiet break to recharge your batteries!

This is a comfortable and well-situated B&B in a fascinating town. It is within the Elizabethan town walls with easy walking distance to the bus stop and train station. We arrived on foot at the end of the final leg of walking the Coast Path from Warkworth, and as it was pouring rain we were soaking wet. The owner made...

On knocking on the door and asking for a double room en suite, we were informed although not straightaway by the landlady that there was no room...

Clearly I was very disappointed with this review. My visitor's book bears testimony to the fact I am very friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make a guest's stay a pleasant one. I am not prejudiced and would not refuse to accommodate someone just because they appeared different to the norm. I cannot actually recall...

We arrived in Berwick on Wednesday afternoon to visit friends who were staying at the caravan park, although we had no accomodation pre-booked we stumbled across this beautiful little B&B. The owner, Lynne, was extremely polite and helpful. The room which is situated in the annexe away from the main house was clean, contemporary and way above our expectations. The...
