This was our first new Motorhome visit to this site. Enjoyed it so much we returned in October 2016 for another full week stay. A good walk through the woods/trees, across a field and through farmyard down and across local golf course on designated path to superb beach. Short walk up the beach to Dunstanborough castle. Short walk into local...

Superb campsite located close to many historic attractions such as Bamburgh and Alnwick castles and lovely fishing villages of Craster and Seahouses. There is a path through the fields (20 minute walk) to one of the best beaches in the area. Campsite is well run with the usual amenities expected of a camping club site.

Great base for exploring the fabulous beaches in northern Northumberland... as a female solo (with my dog) traveller I felt very welcome and safe on this site. In fact it's the 2nd visit this summer!! Would recommend to anyone. The staff are great and have fantastic local knowledge. Great pubs within walking distance and not forgetting the smokehouse in Craster!...

There are a lot of windswept camping sites around this neck of the woods and this is by contrast sheltered by trees. You can walk to the fabulous beach through the woods or dive and park easily and have miles of golden sand and the lovely Dunstanburgh castle as a backdrop. Nearby is Craster with good places to eat and...

Friendly staff who are helpful in giving advice about the area and where to visit. The toilet /shower facilities are clean and modern with plenty of sinks for washing up. A 20 minute walk to the most stunning beach and lovely walks in either direction to Craster and Low Newton. The local bus stops outside the campsite going to Alnwick...

We had a great few days here, clean facilities and quiet . With a nice play area for children. There were lots of things to do locally, and the beaches were fantastic. Alnwick castle and gardens were fantastic too

This is our second visit to this site. The facilities are spotlessly clean and warm. Cleaned twice a day. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of amazing places to visit. The staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the local area.

We picked this site for a trip into Alnwick but found just a short walk to the most amazing beach area with quaint fishing villages both ways. All this and a medieval castle to boot. Truly one of the best beach/coastal walks. The camp site was first class with helpful staff and some of the best toilet and shower facilities...

Fab staff, location and facilities. Our fourth visit and it's still just as good. Beach in easy walking distance, pitches pristine, loos, showers and washing area are as you'd always want to find them. All within walking distance of some great food places. We will be back!

Thank Jo B
