    This is a well run pub very clean and comfortable. We had a large "superior" room on the first floor with sitting area and fantastic view. Apart from the sweet wrappers left on top of the radiator behind the dressing table the room was spotless....More

    Called in for a tea while visiting the are a. Beautiful food, excellent good value meals with a view. Staff friendly and lovely atmosphere. Definitely return. Plenty of parking nearby. Good menu choice. Plates cleared quickly when finished always a plus for me.

    It depends how quickly you walk! A very brisk walk is 30 minutes but a more leisurely stroll will be 40 mins to one hour! It's a lovely walk plus our guests enjoy discount on admission!

    We didn't actually stay, just stopped for food and drinks. We stayed at the Links Hotel, which is 5 minutes tops away.

    Hi we don't have a dog but would think the rooms to be of same standard. Have spoken to people with dogs that have stayed more than once so they must be ok. We have stayed 4 times and rooms are always clean.
