We had a very warm welcome from the landlady Linda who was friendly, easy going and knew much about the local area so was a good source of information. Owner Linda very friendly. Lovely large bedroom. Breakfast in the conservatory overlooking a lovely cottage garden. Very helpful regarding local information. Would recommend the b &B. Ideal location easy walk into town.

A great place to stay. the landlady Lynda met you at the door and was so nice. showed us up to our room which was ensuite, it over looked the garden. what a garden full of flowers and wild birds. the breakfast was in the conservatory and was surrounded by the garden. A lovely little b&b in Victorian terraced house. We had spacious upstairs bedroom with a double and single bed, settee and 40 inch TV. Private bathroom for only our use outside in corridor with large modern shower very nice. Also has en suite room available. Breakfast in nice conservatory with lovely garden full of birds to look at. Lovely big room with en suite, immaculately kept this B&B is well worth a stay for its breakfast alone, Lynda is a very welcoming host with heaps of knowledge about the place and surrounding area really helpful. Do not stay or give bank details because they take money from your bank without asking !!!!!! I think its absoloutly disgusting that we booked a room over internet then was told there was no rooms available but they have still took payment

absolute little gem , room was big and immaculate , fantastic en suite and breakfast in the conservatory was amazing, would recommend this guest house for anyone planning a short stay either in spittal or in Berwick upon tweed or tweedmouth , fantastic value for money.

Lovely dog friendly B&B. Lynda is a welcoming host and the breakfast is delicious. Great location, close to a wide sandy beach, nice promenade and beautiful views. A 20 minute stroll along the shore gets you into the centre of historic Berwick-on-Tweed with its lovely pubs and restaurants. Follow in the footsteps of artist L S Lowry and walk along...

We stayed for only one night on our trip to Scotland, moray forth to break up the trip from Sheffield, the landlady Linda very nice and accomadating the bedroom was very nice, but couldn't work out the tv but we didn't stop in long so not a problem, very nice shower room, so would recommend and perhaps will stay another...

I stayed here for four nights with two friends while walking the Northumberland and Berwickshire Coast paths. Linda is a charming and friendly hostess and cooks up excellent hearty brekkies with most of the produce sourced locally. Have the duck eggs if available, they are big and tasty. Spittal is a quiet seaside part of Berwick. There are no restaurants...
