Ginny and Bob are two wonderful hosts who do all they can to please their guests. The room was amazing and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this B&B which is in an excellent location to explore Northumberland or cross over to visit the Scottish Borders.

Wonderful, particularly for couples. Delightfully friendly hosts. Felt like family. Accodation loverly and very comfortable. Greeted with fresh scones and tea. Breakfast, couldn't have been Better. Location in town a little tricky, but directly next to Old Mill. Hosts booked dinner at excellent Italian restaurant no more than 200 yards walk.

Rob & Ginny were wonderful friendly hosts. We were walking St Cuthbert's Way and were booked into Millyard House for one night (wish we could have stayed longer but we had a schedule to stick too) We were delighted with our room and en-suite. What a lovely surprise we got when we saw the sherry and chocolates waiting for us...

Could not fault our stay. A very friendly atmosphere from the minute we arrived. Good breakfast, safe parking and just a short work to the nearest pub for meals. Hope to stay there again and so I recommend Millyard as centre for touring Northumberland.

We stayed with Bob and Ginny for a long weekend at the end of June for the second year. The house and garden are welcoming as are Bob and Ginny. The room was lovely with a comfy bed and large shower. All the small touches are much appreciated, I know the night cap sherry went down rather well after our...

Certain items and little extras made Millyard House unique and special. We enjoyed our stay very much and will hopefully return when chance allows. We particularly appreciated the fresh milk for the tea in our room.

This B&B has two rooms. The owners are delightful! The rooms were beautiful and spacious and there was attention to detail. They owners were helpful in arranging our dinner reservations as well. When we asked if there was a bathtub in either of the rooms (to soak our aching feet and legs) the innkeeper promptly offered their bathtub and began...

My boyfriend and I stayed with Bob & Ginny for 2 nights as part of a random 6 night holiday we finished organised relatively last minute. Over the break we stayed in a couple of B&B's, an Air BnB apartment and a 4* spa hotel in an old Manor house over the break. Millyard house was easily and by far...
