Cheap price but a lot of the small furnishings are broken. Little things like Bath plug chain broken, hole in bottom of bathroom door, mixer tap for shower worn out, 1 set of towels for family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Children's beds not made up as poor lady on reception working on her own. Not her fault! She's not superhuman-Give her some help Travelodge. Horrible smell of drugs eminating from corridor, again not the staffs fault. The lady on reception didn't want to challenge suspected guests about it as she was alone and it was not safe to do so. Whoever is in charge of rotas and staff here needs to rethink things. Stop maximising profits and care for your staff. Give them the tools to do their jobs. They can't be in two places at once.
Staff always friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean and tidy. Dog friendly. We stay regularly as near to family and they remember us, including a request for an extra towel, which is always left for us. Plenty of parking
Don’t always read the negative reviews This is a lovely hotel very clean and staff were amazing. The car park can be a little off putting as looks a little dingy and dodgy Could do with a little more lighting and a clean up and hedges cut back
i am unable to accommodate my disabled daughter when she visits, so we booked the Assisted Room for her for four nights. the room is situated right next to reception and is fully-equipped for the needs of a disabled person. it was neat , clean and very well laid out. the staff were most helpful and accommodating and I am so happy to be completely confident that my daughter can stay nearby safely and well-respected. Many thanks to all involved.
The room was in superb condition and I enjoyed every moment of my stay. The receptionist wasn’t left out but I was well treated as a customer. Overall I would recommend them anytime and any day. Cheers.
It was a really good stay very clean in my room and outside my room, staff was very polite and welcoming, it was warm and cosy and quiet, there wasn't much noise outside either, I would definitely recommend and go again.
Only ever stay in the teavelodge once a month but wouldn't pick a different hotel to stay in. Nice and quiet area. Clean. Relaxing. Close takeaways and shops. Easy access to town centre. Friendly staff.
Nice refurbished hotel that is being maintained. Easy booking process. Usb sockets in bed headboard a good touch. Close to local amenities and on site garage and Starbucks and subway.would definitely stay again.
Stayed for 4 nights after having spent 4 nights at the Travelodge at Bromborough. This is a much better Travelodge. This Travelodge seems to have received a refurbishment. The bathroom was a lot cleaner. The bed head had charging points for phones and small shelf to place your cup of tea. The bed was slightly more comfy as well but still found the mattress a little hard. It does what it says on the tin cheap accommodation whilst visiting the area. Like all Travelodges there is no room to put a whole families weeks worth of clothes so you will be living out of your bag. Car park tends to flood in heavy rain. There are dog friendly rooms which is why we stayed here.
This is an excellent hotel. It gave me what I needed, which was a clean, very quiet hotel, near the town centre. Lots of shops and restaurants fairly close. I liked all the facilities. It suited me very well; no fuss, no drama, just good quality care.
