The best thing that I can say about this hotel is that it is very central. Sadly this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced and very poor value for money (£95). From reading other reviews before writing this one, perhaps this may...More

Stayed one night in the new building for a friend's wedding. The staff were warm and professional. The room was quiet. In particular Rea the customer service manager was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

We paid £95 for bed and breakfast , the room was very basic and in need of redecorating and brightening up . The walls were wafer thin , we were woken up by the lady next door drying her hair !! On the plus side...More

This “hotel” is utterly awful. Severely over priced hostel, incredibly uncomfortable bed, hot rooms, so hot it’s excruciating, staff who quite frankly have no job working in customer service. I WILL NEVER stay here again. Appalling.

I do not recall there being a pool but it does have nice gardens and is right on the Thames. There is a little lido a short walk from the hotel on the green in front of the river, but I think this may be more for children

Sorry I do not know. However the town is 2 minutes walk away so I'm sure there must be a bus service which would take you into Oxford town centre
