A friendly place but you don't get the measure of wine you pay for. Disappointing. This is the kind of service I expect in South East Asia. In the UK I expect to get what I paid for. Supposedly this is the "first world".

Visited the Swan to enjoy their excellent open mic session (Sunday afternoon). Sadly the music was all there was to enjoy. The one bar staff is allowed to struggle whilst the manager drinks on the other side of the bar with her boyfriend, who looks at everyone as if he is gonna knock you out if you breath the wrong...

I'm writing this review based on the food alone! The food we had was absolutely amazing! Good value for money and loads of it! All the food had a good wow factor! And it's not too busy at lunch so doesn't feel over crowded! I can't recommend this food enough! I had the steak skewer which was 9oz, came with...

We popped into The Swan today for lunch as headed to Thame to look around the market. The service was friendly but the food was a real disappointment! We both had the hot dog which came out as a sausage in a dry bun with some semi fried onions and that was nested on fries and in a bowl!!! Clearly...

Stayed here for two nights, Friday and Saturday, lovely place, great location, very friendly and easy going staff. Not a huge place, very quirky and full of character. Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasted lovely, great value money.

Stayed here overnight to attend a wedding locally. A warm welcome, nice room and a lovely breakfast next morning. Although we never used the bar it did look very cosy! Free parking outside of the hotel but make sure you read the signs first.

This was a lovely quaint hotel in Thame. Very reasonable stay and very good breakfast with all you could eat.host very friendly and helpful. This is a traditional coaching inn so don't go expecting modern contemporary! Yes the room was smaller than a modern hotel and the floor creaked a bit but what do you expect? It was clean ,warm...

This is a pub where I have been having business lunches since the early eighties, but first time in recent years. It remains a good place to meet and has a good range of beer on offer. On this occasion we had a hydraulic lunch and so cannot comment on the other than it looked good.

A quirky place with a lot of character. We went on a two night deal which was very good value. You get the impression that the pub trade is the local focus but a very modernised set of rooms, up a historic flight of stairs, shows what can be done. The room was designed with very good taste with a...
