Witney isn't the best place for Oxford access. Pear tree park and ride is most likely same hassle and time as the bus from Witney itself but there are other places to visit if you take the car. I parked at parkway park and ride, you can get the bus or the train from there. If you want to do the Oxford bus tour,the bus stop start is right outside the train station. Or for park and ride bus, ask driver where to get on. Train is best in my opinion
