Beautiful place with very friendly owner, easily accessible. Great breakfast, beautiful clean rooms, spacious apartment and bathroom. Close to Hoegaarden brewery town, le domaine d’Helecine with its castle. Would recommend the place to anyone and especially to families, with its large grounds, pool, BBQ place and pond with fishes and ducks, kids are in heaven!!

We chose this as a stopover stay on our way to Germany. It was an amazing find. Cheap but full of value. It is a shared accomodation so you have a bedroom to yourself, but you share a common area, bathroom and kitchenette, but the bathroom has locks on the door to allow you privacy. Huge bath and shower. The owners were very welcoming. Breakfast is extra but well worth it

I stayed here for one night as a stopover. It's very rural: an apparently historic building in the middle of cultivated fields. The building is strikingly elegant and full of character! The welcome was perfect, and I was also provided with excellent advice on where to dine - indeed, they reserved a table for me (in Hoegaarden, some 10 minutes drive away). My room was very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious; it is equipped beautifully and was spotlessly clean - but it is shared with other guests (NB there is a separate loo, also shared). You can buy a beer from the fridge in the common room, which is also the breakfast room where all guests sit around a large table: a very pleasant spread, with fresh coffee. I enjoyed my stay. The location is convenient to the motorway network so excellent for a stopover if travelling to/from the UK.
