Stayed here to visit the Bridgwater Carnival. Lovely room and en suite, very peaceful setting. Excellent choice for breakfast. Brilliant hosts gave us a lift into town for the Fireworks on the Friday. Loved the fact that the beautiful cows were in the field by the driveway. Well worth the stay. Carnival is absolutely a must to see as is... More

We stayed here for almost a week and chose the B and B for its close location to Brean and Weston Super-Mare. Being on a farm we were looking forward to peace and quiet and weren't disappointed. Slept really well every night in the comfy bed they have. Breakfast was lovely with a big choice, from a cooked breakfast to... More

I stayed here over the bank holiday weekend with some friends and it was just what we needed. Secluded enough so we didn't have to worry about noise, very comfortably and warm. (The underfloor heating is great! ). Judith is very nice and accommodating and for the money we were all very happy. I definitely recommend it!

We were a party of three staying at the Bramley Lodge and Apple View Farm in early August. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival and were offered tea and home-made cakes which was lovely after a long drive. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome... More

Room needs updating. Not necessary to have blankets (heavy). Duvets are very cheap to buy and the owner could always have one spare. With a duvet cover the hygiene aspect mentioned by the owner in a previous comment would not exist, also easier to wash and replace than blankets.Bed could have been longer, but this reflects the size of the... I am somewhat concerned by these comments as the rooms have been updated only in the last 3 months - completely different colour - new fabrics, new memory foam matress etc etc so this comment simply cannot be true as previously stated this is not a short bed it is a standard size - we do not quote anything else... Apple View Lodge is well located within central Somerset for Glastonbury, Wells etc and I would recommend it as a base to stay for a couple of nights. We received a very warm welcome from the owner Judith with a cup of tea and homemade cake - just what's needed after a long drive. We were given a choice of... More

Hi can I say it was a pleasure to meet you both. We are glad that you were pleased with your welcome and Breakfast but sorry about the other issues you mention. The damp mentioned in the bathroom has already been dealt with it was a problem that had dealt with before and hopefully this time will have a permanent... More

I have stayed at Apple View regularly and have experienced nothing other than a friendly and welcoming greeting, together with tea and cake on arrival. . Whilst the rooms are not large the furnishing and presentation is excellent. This famly run establishment offers an excellent traditional english breakfast using local produce, The host Judith Denning is a very helpful and... More

I have had the opportunity of staying at several B&B's in the area as I am over in Somerset quite often on business. I have stayed at Apple View on half a dozen occasions over the last 18 months. Sometimes overnight and sometimes several days at a time. I have always been more than satisfied with my visits. I always... More
