This Premier Inn has been upgraded to a very high speck. We have stayed in lots of Premier Inn's all over England and Bridgwater can now be placed in our top 5 favorites. Clean, comfortable and friendly.

This was our first stay at a Premier Inn and we were very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, the spotless cleanliness of our room, the fact that there was a bath as well as a shower, the extremely comfortable beds, the peace and quiet and the very reasonable room rates, especially as it was over the Christmas period....

Excellent stay. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Restaurant next door if you wanted it although we didn't as visiting family nearby. Extremely clean. Wifi available and good TV. Would definitely recommend

My daughter and I stayed the night. The bed is outstanding and I had a fantastic nights sleep. Daughter had a fold out which she said was good Room was very nice had everything you would need. We had breakfast included and that was very good also as was the Costa Coffee machine. Would stay again.

We had excellant service at the hotel. Our only quibble was the noise early Sunday morning from the restaurant. people stood talking loudly outside our window. The soundproofing in the hotel was excellant. Having stayed there before a lot of improvements had been made regarding updating the bathoom, decorations and beds. For a short stay excellant value.

A very comfortable stay. The room was warm, well maintained and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant was very nice and the food was good. Despite this being a quick stop over we left feeling very relaxed and refreshed.

Will never go to this place again, lack of friendly customer care and terrible management has taken this place down.rooms are not clean and toilets oh gowddddd they look like a third world country ones.everything was horrible except the water! Well the drinking water was the same as other places!! Hint to the manager ..

Even though hotel was being modernised, the stay was good, night staff member, was helpful. Room was a modernised one, Impressed! The restaurant was next to the inn, very welcoming, but too late for food. Arrived at 22:30

I stayed at this hotel with my partner for three nights over Carnival Weekend. The hotel is situated on a business park, approximately one and a half miles from the town centre and next to a very busy main road. Consequently it is more suited for the passing traveller who just needs a comfortable bed for a night or two...

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a working tour of the south west and it does what it says on the tin for want of a better cliché like most Premier Inns do and you generally know what you are getting before you arrive which hopefully is a smiling face at reception, clean sheets and a comfortable bed, free...
