My husband and I have just spent the weekend at this idyllic B&B with family. What a lovely place to stay. Accommodation very clean, comfortable and homely. Tasteful furnishings throughout and extremely welcoming hosts. Located in beautiful grounds, an ideal base and only a short distance from Dulverton. Edward was so helpful, right from our initial phone call, striving to...

We have been coming here for many years and it is always so lovely. It feels like visiting friends in their country house. Everything is so clean and spotless, the beds so comfy, the breakfasts are wonderful, from the fresh and compote fruit, yoghurt, to the choice of cooked - just yummy. It is lovely to have the option of...

The B&B was impressive right from the drive up to the house. Our room was huge, as was the bathroom, which included a roll top bath, large separate shower, robes and quality toiletries. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and gave us some great tips about places to cycle and a stunning riverside walk into Dulverton. We had a...

This is the first time we had stayed at this B&B and it was marvellous - completely surpassed our expectations. The owners did everything to make us most welcome and comfortable, and it certainly worked. This was a flying visit to Exmoor with the hotel booked 3 days ahead by phone (no deposit was requested). The room (superior) turned out to be spacious (there was a separate single room attached handy as a dressing room), beautifully and comfortably furnished and with a lovely view across the front gardens to the hills. The dinner recommendation at...

My husband and a had a very pleasant stay for one night at the Three Acres. We were greeted very warmly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Lovely fluffy towels, white company toiletries, tea, coffee, water, hot chocolate, fresh milk and handmade chocolates in the room. We had a gorgeous summer fruit pudding and simply the best full English breakfast....

Run by husband and wife we felt like we were the only people in the hotel - very quiet - nice views out of the front and back of hotel and beautiful gardens.
