Part of me doesn't want to write this review. It's the selfish "keep this place to ourselves" bit. The bit that doesn't want you lot reading this and booking it for yourselves so we can stay here without it being overcrowded! Nonetheless, we promised Ian we would so here goes! Streamcombe Farm is the best B&B we've ever stayed in...

We booked Streamcombe Cookery school for part of a friend's hen do and have just come back from our weekend away. I can not recommend it enough. Firstly, who doesn't want to learn some new cooking skills at huge wooden work tops in a big old barn in the beautiful countryside but secondly and most importantly, credit to Ian for...

We stayed here for a 3 night weekend break. Karen and Ian are very welcoming hosts. Our room was spacious and clean. The shower room was fitted to a high standard and exceptionally clean too - very important. Breakfast and evening meals are served in the conservatory. This is a light and airy room, although in January rather on the...

Streamcombe is certainly off the beaten track although only a couple of miles from Dulverton which is the easiest way to find it. Idyllic valley setting for more of a small holding than farm now. Accommodation is in a small barn conversion and is tastefully modernised without losing the character and is both very clean and comfortable. It is linked...

We had such a lovely stay in the Shepherd's Hut at Streamcombe Farm. It was just what we were looking for: calm and peaceful summer days in the countryside, close to wildlife and nature and with beautiful walks around Exmoor. You can access public footpaths from Streamcombe Farm so our car was not used once the four days we spent...

Secluded spot, fantastic views, excellent facilities in rooms, very quiet, just my cup of tea. I may go back & try out the cookery courses. Best to get to it from Dulverton going up Andrews Hill, you could miss the turning coming the other way.

We were a party of twenty two and we used the B&B, the shepherd's hut as well as camping. From the minute we arrived we were looked after handsomely. The owners, Ian and Karen were so helpful, kind and hospitable. Nothing was too much for them and they really seemed to enjoy us as well as looking after us. Our...

My partner and I stayed at Streamcombe Farm over the weekend when I took part in the Ironman 70.3. We had a brilliant stay. Our room and bathroom were newly refurbished to a very good standard, with a little balcony merging into the rainforest behind. The location is in a little hollow with sheep grazing on the slope opposite, wild...

We stayed here at the last minute as a stop on the way back to the midlands from Cornwall. We were met with a friendly welcome and our room was gorgeous! All the character features gave a great wholesome atmosphere with a touch of luxury thrown in to make it a thoroughly lovely stay. Breakfast was a delight also, great...
