We had to to ask for the heating to be put on because the heating was broken. We had food in the evening, was very basic and bland the breakfast was ok. Good beds and plenty of room for kids. Some of the staff we're slightly rude. But we only stayed one night.

After reading a review that this was an award winning pub restaurant we booked a table for two. On arrival I ordered drinks a said I'd booked a table. Then things went down hill , there was no restaurant open just a couple of shabby rooms to choose from . Oh well maybe the food good. No ifs bad ,...

My partner and I stayed here for two nights on a Travelzoo deal. Having read the reviews after we booked I was very dubious, and the comments of other Tripadviser reviewers proved correct. The pub is in a lovely village and may at one time have been award winning as the sign in the garden says, but it certainly isn't...

Just had 2 nights b&b. Room 2. Perfectly adequate for a base to get to Stone henge Salisbury etc. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable bed. You get what you pay for.Needs a bit of cash spending on it but seems to be going through ownership problem.

Read review about the Full Moon and was dreading it brought a 2 night package from Travel Zoo to spend some time in Bath. Arrived at pub and given a nice welcome was given room 8 which was in an annexe building. Car parking right outside and room was upstairs wouldn't want to be the room underneath as floor was...

Truly awful.....checked in stayed around 2 hours then left !! having found somewhere else to stay. We have never experienced a hotel,b&b or caravan so unclean as this place. We believe that there only a couple of rooms in use so you would expect some effort to clean the black goo out of the shower corners and sink ,not put ripped...

Stayed two nights at the Full Moon. First room we were in was really good! Bathroom needed a bit of a up lift as it seemed it hadn't had a makeover in years. We had to change room because of a leak through the ceiling downlight, annoying but what can be done. Moved to the next room which was okay...

Stayed here for a travel zoo weekend break, food was plentiful with a large cooked to order breakfast each morning. The property is currently in receivership, but the current temporary staff are very welcoming, as are the locals who happily chat to the visitors in the evenings. The accommodation is in need of a little TLC, but with things as...

Stayed here for a weekend break, great place and food was excellent with a lovely hot cooked to order breakfast each morning. Thing that let it down was the state of accommodation, very dirty doesn't look like it was even cleaned before we stayed, the family bathroom was awful and thick dust everywhere not great for my asthmatic child!

Thank Claire D
