My family were down for a Christmas Day function and when we arrived at the accommodation we were greeted by fantastic hosts, who were very amenable. The accommodation was very clean, very modern and decorated to a very high standard. It was very much above the standard we expected. It was very much under sold and we will be visiting...

Three generations had a wonderful time over Christmas staying in the Apple Loft.As we were going to relatives who lived nearby, this suited us beautifully. My 12 week old granddaughter has a lifestyle not suited to a hotel stay. The loft was so comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. There is a microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, and dishwasher. Perfect!! I...

Glen Lodge is set in the most beautiful setting nested in the hills. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hosts are warm and friendly. An excellent breakfast with a good choice on the menu. We hope to return very soon.

Glen Lodge was a great find, my wife and I had a great two night stay. We were offered tea and cake when we arrived and our hosts were both superb. Will be returning for another break in this super b&b in a great location.

What a beautiful place! Home from home and made to feel very welcome. Greeted with hot tea and fresh, warm, sumptuous chocolate cake, the best I have ever had. The bedrooms were lovely and bed linen crisp and white. Lovely tea/coffee tray too. Breakfast was amazing, such choice and so fresh and even specials of the day served, American pancakes...

We stayed in one of the two self catering flats at Glen Lodge. The flat was very comfortable; the conversion has been done to a high standard and it was well equipped and cosy. The owners are very helpful with lots of info about local walks, etc. Good walking starts at the gate to Glen Lodge which is great, but...

Brilliant, albeit, very short stay due to traffic and an early start on the Saturday morning. I fabulous location, beautiful place to stay. Will most definitely be returning to Glen Lodge and hopefully be able to stay longer next time.

Brilliant. Meryl is a great cook and is up for anything requested. She made me an mouth watering orange cake which I will never forget. Well worth staying as not only is the house a wonderful place so to are the owners. Breakfast was out of this world as was the choice of breads and cereal, and fruit.

Lovely place to stay, great veggie breakfast as well. Lovely library to read in and tv lounge . Nice quiet spot. Can recommend to anyone. Porlock is a good walk away and it's a lovely village with shops for all.

This is a fabulous location, quite quirky like the American landlady. Beautiful gardens and lovely warm outdoor hot tub complete with unbreakable wine goblets (you supply the wine). Victorian house, great views down to the sea, top breakfast with tastiest mushrooms ever.
