Visiting Burton regularly the only reason we stopped staying here in the early 00's was the price so we normally stay in Premier Inn. But when we were faced with a 3 night stay for Easter we decided to treat ourselves!!! Well never again!!! The decor has not changed since our last visit and although the the Lodge room we...

Arrived to a warm reception welcome, found our rooms and we were in an 'executive' double. Spacious enough well lit, I can forgive that it was a little dated as it's an old hotel. What I can't forgive is the out of date milk, stained and frankly dirty cups which had rotten milk from the previous inhabitant in, full, smelly...

This hotel provides room in main building and extension into Lodges. I stayed in the executive room in the main building. The room was compact. Not a lot of room around the bed or the bathroom. The bed was lumpy and wasn't the most comfortable stay. The room was clean and was welcoming. Free wifi available. There is a restaurant...

I stopped here on business for one night in the Lodge part of the hotel and found the room to be clean, spacious and comfortable. I've marked my stay as 4/5 because the hotel did not offer evening meal however I found there to be plenty of pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Breakfast was a well stocked...

Regular customer at this MOTEL, I say motel as the direction the owner is taking this great establishment is disappointing. Great staff that are unappreciated and not listened to. After a long work day you need to unwind with a drink and a meal that is on site, well this is not the place for you. On check in you...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in Lodge room 214. The room was large and clean with good facilities, a comfy bed and secondary glazing which virtually eliminated the sound of the traffic outside (the hotel sits within a busy traffic roundabout) resulting in two good night's sleep. I had the full English breakfast which was well cooked...

Stayed one night after visiting the National Arboretum. The hotel is situated on a busy roundabout, but has convenient parking. As two couples we had booked adjacent rooms in what was described as a newly refurbished lodge the rooms were not available when we arrived. In fairness to the receptionist he upgraded us to the first floor family rooms which...
