The hotel itself was reasonable value for money. Staff were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and they did manage to fit us in last minute. The main disappoint was the ‘cot’, which was a travel cot with a hard piece of cardboard with no padding covered in an oversized sheet, which was ridiculous and not appropriate for a 1 year old to sleep in.

Exceptional good service. I left a personal item behind and one of your staff Jenny took the time to package it for me and print out the printer label I emailed to the hotel for the courier to pick it up from the hotel and deliver to me. Also you have a very honest housekeeping services and one of the housekeeper must have found it after I checked out and handed it in to the receptionist. So thanks.

Upon arrival at the hotel we recieved a warm welcome from the check in staff who took time to interact with our chatty 4 year old. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The room was comfortable and practical as you would expect from a Premier Inn. The only reason it was not a 5 star rating is the time waiting for the evening meal. Trying to keep a hungry and tired 4 year old happy with an extended wait is not easy.

Arrived Christmas Eve a couple of hours before official check in time but that was no problem for Gail on front desk...she checked us in and supplied us with several items we requested very promptly. Took our breakfast bookings and generally made us feel at home. Been to this hotel probably a dozen times and they are always excellent.

Stayed to visit Snowdome, staff blew us away with how friendly and welcoming they were. Room ticked all the boxes too for what you'd expect from a premier inn. Highly recommended, especially for visiting the snowdome.

Friendly staff & Clean room. Free Parking once registered number plate. Close to Shops, Bowling, Soft Play, Snowdome. Breakfast at beefeater was great - again friendly staff and lots of space, nice decor.

Evening meal service was terrible and next morning when I took the family for breakfast at 0900 we were told there was no breakfast available without any reason given so we had to go to thynearest shopping centre and find a fast food outlet for breakfast

I have used this hotel before and it was ok but this time we got room which was in horrible condition. There is dangerous mould on the wall near the window, behind the single bed. This needs to be cleaned and room ventilated properly. Damp and mould exposure leads to respiratory problems, respiratory infections, allergies or asthma. So please be very mind-full and check the room prior your longer stay!
