I've never stayed in a b&b before, but this is far more comfortable than being in a hotel. I was going to be staying in the hotel down the road but I'm glad I didn't.

Another superb stay at Hatsue,s. They deliver every visit, close to town for train etc, we were there for royal Ascot, excellent breakfast, very quiet, comfortable room, very clean throughout,very friendly and welcoming, home from home! We look forward to going again next year!
Brilliant Guest House in a very useful location. Breakfast was looked after by Hatsue (say Hat-soo-eh) herself and was excellent. The house was warm and the rooms large and clean. The garden was also pleasant for an evening stroll and birdwatch - including the chickens...More
