Lovely idea to offer complimentary gin in the rooms, not that I drink gin but still fab idea. Welcoming log burners going down in...

We loved our one night stay at Bel and the Dragon. Room very comfortable and food outstanding. Very friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was a bit minimalist if you did not have the cooked. We will be back, loved it, thank you.

Just had one night here for a "Gourmet Getaway". Michael and his team were very laid back but very efficient and most welcoming and helpful. We stayed in "Dashwood", which was lovely. The bed was so comfortable. No tea or coffee in the room.......it was just down the hallway, with the complimentary whiskies. Had complimentary sloe gin in the room....

Having read the article about the Bel & The Dragon in the Waitrose Magazine we quite simply had to give it a try. We were not disappointed and could find no faults whatsoever, from the friendliness of the staff, the décor, the room and of course the fantastic food. And just when you think it couldn't get any better they...

I stayed here for just one night on my own as I had a meeting nearby. My first impression of the hotel couldn't of been better due to the helpful, polite and attentive staff who greeted me when I arrived late evening. Despite the bar and restaurant being full, I didn't wait to check in and had a lovely chap...

Nestled in the Surrey Downs in a quiet woodland area, the Bel and Dragon is truly a "must" for anyone wanting to spend a few days away from it all. We stayed for 4 nights and were impressed by the hotel, the rooms and the food. At our own request, we were accommodated in the cottage which is separated from...

Fabulous spacious room with a garden. The added touches of a bottle of sloe gin & whisky was welcomed after a long day. A tranquil location with walks of all types and distances on your door step plus an awe inspiring sculpture trail. Well worth a stay. Food was an added bonus. We were spoilt for choice. The children were...

THis used to be a pub but has been tastefully refurbished in keeping with the ae of the property. The result is a warm and friendly environment and they still have a pub like bar.
