The hotel room was as you would expect from this hotel chain. Large room, comfortable double bed, adequate single bed for our son, and clean bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water. This hotel has plenty of free parking - a huge bonus in a town like Epsom! It is located 5 minutes walk from the town centre and...

Excellent location, tranquil and quiet and easily accessible to and from the M25 and the M4 motorways. The attached pub personnel were very helpful. I would recommend this Premier Inn to all my friends and associates

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to share your review. We're pleased to hear you found the bed to be comfy and that the room was warm, however it's a shame to read of your disappointment with the Brewers Fayre next to this hotel. It's great to see that the staff were trying their best, however I've also passed...

10 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Actual premier could do with an upgrade. Once in reception anyone can walk through the door to the hallway with the rooms. Could do with upgrading to the card access to improve security.10 minute drive to chessington world of adventures and 40 minute drive to legoland. We sis chessington on the Saturday...

First room I was in had mould on the ceiling and also was deadly cold. The staff were really helpful and put a radiator in my room for...

Very good location for Epsom which was within walking distance of the hotel. Quiet rooms even though it was near a main road. Very comfy bed and the rooms were very clean throughout. Helpful staff. Overall, a very nice hotel

We stayed on a Sunday night, cost £29.50 which is excellent value. We ate at the attached Brewers Fayre, it has been going downhill for a long time. It has hit rock bottom will not use again which is a pity it is so convenient.

We stayed here for 1 night last weekend. Easy to find and plenty of free car parking. Check in was quick and easy. Receptionist polite and helpful. Our room was on first floor at the front of the hotel facing the Brewers Fayre site Restaurant. Good sized room. Everything you need. Tea/coffee facilities. Towels and toiletries. Room was spotless. We stayed here for a family do at the racecourse and it was perfect. Comfy beds, (great night's sleep for both adults and children) powerful shower, friendly and helpful staff and a top cooked breakfast. Thumbs up.
