Very friendly service and access to tea/coffee/snacks 24 hours. Breakfast was fab. Lovely thick dressing gowns in the room and a good range of toilettries provided. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the room. We stayed in the Lady Hamilton room for two nights and it looked nothing like the photo on the website. Quite tired looking with mould in the...

I arrived here after travelling for quite a few hours. Upon arrival it became evident that this was a converted house and I would rate it as a B&B. I rang the bell and was let in via a back door. My details were taken from the bar counter and the area lacked any atmosphere. I was shown to my...

I stayed here for a business trip and was well looked after by the staff, Gareth ensured that everything I needed was in place. The room was quite large with a super comfy bed and great high pressured shower. I spend a lot of time on the orad fro business, and come to this area every 4-6 weeks. A great...

We stayed in the Decadence room for only one night (definitely not enough!). The room was lovely with tones of creams and purples with a huge 4 poster bed and ensuite rainfall shower that was perfect. It's an adults only hotel, which was a treat for us as it was a night away from our 4 year old son! It...

We stayed for night very polite staff and helpful. The extra in the room was good fun, the bath was amazing. Coffee machine was really nice. Bed was a bit firm for me but that is because I'm use to memory foam at home. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! 5* suite, facilities, customer service, cleanliness, and breakfast! All the staff are friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We were so impressed with literally everything about Hotel de Vie that we are planning to return there for our honeymoon night! Couldn't recommend them highly enough 😊

I was looking for a romantic boutique hotel to treat my wife to a night away. Decided to book the Parisian Dreams suite. From the minute we checked in we were made to feel welcome, Nadia went out of her way to makes us feel comfortable, recommending places to eat and drink. What an incredible room. The hugest bath I...

I'm not sure how hotels are awarded their stars but this hotel has four stars. It's in a detached suburban house with the parking area created from the back garden. The bedroom could not at first be used because the heating was turned off. There was no fridge. The bathroom was fine(no bath) ..but it had a good shower. The...

Thank you for staying with us, I'm sorry you seem to have had some issues and misunderstandings during your stay. Technically speaking, we are classified as a 5 star guesthouse/bed & breakfast (including here on Tripadvisor), but advertise ourselves as 4 star in case guests get confused due to our name and unawareness of the star rating system. In case...
