Stayed for one night at the Bridge House Hotel for a dinner dance eveing. Entertainment was excellent Tom Fitzpatrick as a Michael Buble Tribute, Food was excellent and the service in the dining room was very good. Bedrooms quite basic We weren't happy with our first room but the staff at reception did everthing possible to ensure we had a... More

Stayed for one night. Upon arrival, staff (who eventually appeared at the desk) were a little odd. Room was adequate, although very tired, and in need of redecorating. We also had an evening meal which was very nice. Breakfast the following morning was of a good standard, great bacon and sausage. Waiting staff were very good. I`d not be put... More

We stayed at the Bridge House hotel for a wedding locally. It's a nice hotel, very friendly staff and welcoming. The rooms are amongst a warren of corridors that can be a little confusing. We' satay again if ever over that way.

Terrific Amy Whitehouse and Cher tribute act. Lovely dancefloor for my girlfriend and I. Three course dinner very good, perfect service by friendly staff. If you are a light sleeper, and the air conditioning switching on and off during the night may disturb you, ask reception to switch off at the desk. Perfect

After reading the mixed reviews I wasn't expecting too much. Just a stopover in Reigate before flying from Gatwick on the Saturday morning. Nice hotel clean and tidy, lovely location, friendly staff and a very good quality breakfast. I stay in hotels often and would certainly recommend this hotel.

The Bridge House was very welcoming, took a while to find my way around. The food was excellent, the soup was to die for. Best I have ever had, and the pork was great. Rooms comfortable & clean. An absolute must stay.

I am absolutely astonished at the fact I witnessed a 'Manager' shouting and having a go at a poor young girl who had clearly just finished her shift. This hotel is unprofessional and shouldn't be running. The manager has limited english and isn't able to communicate well with guests, I'm sorry I don't care where you are from but you... More

as the song says. Would not spend another night there if my life depended on it. Its a shame because the staff were friendly and efficient, but the place is in need of a lot of TLC! The rooms my colleague and I stayed in were, damp, sad, 5 years overdue a refurb, but there were clean towels. No pressure... More

We came to a Bacherach evening with Jenny Green. We had a really good time, even though poor Jenny had Laryngitis. She struggled really hard and we still enjoyed all the singing and dancing. The meal was delicious and my chicken supreme was cooked to perfection - the same too for my husbands' Lamb. Service was good and the staff... More

Stayed here 15 Oct 2016. Just another tired average hotel good for the M25 and Gatwick. Asked for a quite room, given room 22 TV cutting in and out, unable to call reception on the telephone and the bed was rock hard. For the price along with free parking I suppose it was OK for one night.
