I stayed here for two nights on a business trip, and chose it because it was very close to where I was going to be working. Check in was perfunctory and not particularly welcoming. My room was some distance from the reception, up some stairs (no lift), and around some labyrinthine corridors. The room was small and had clearly had...

This is a 3* (2*) hotel just off the M25 junction 8. Close to Gatwick,Reigate and Redhill. Not too far from Brighton and South Coast. After coming off the roundabout the hotel is just after the tall arched bridge on the right so drive slowly! Staff were very helpful but is not a mobility friendly hotel. Many steps to most...

After going through the reviews, my wife and I were a bit skeptical upon making reservations at the Bridge House Hotel. In all fairness there aren't many options available in the area so it was a decision made mostly out of necessity rather than whim. Our expectations were not very high but were ultimately met with kind surprise after our...

Great big, clean rooms i don't understand what else do you need for that amount of money ? People now days expect to pay 70 quid for a room and get a jacuzzi swimming pool and sauna. They clearly are stupid and never been to an actual hotel before. This hotel is not perfect. But what you expect in 3*...

Sorry this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Bathroom was uncleaned. TV did not work properly. Everything is dated, Room is very dark, hardly any light. Bathroom has annoying squeeze me soap dispensers. I have nick named this hotel "Hotel Transalvania", as you appraoch it looks dark and dingy, its like a bad dream.

I've stayed here a lot over the last 13 years while working in the area and it was always a bit basic but the staff were friendly and it was good value for money - sadly that's not true any more. Its really dated now, rooms are beyond tired (mine had crazy plumbing sounds all night too, luckily I had...

Massive rooms, 1970's style but a little tired. Friendly and helpful staff. I had a chilli prawn starter that was the best I've had for a while, and a decent goan fish curry to follow. The veggie breakfast was good. Overall good value. The rooms at the front of the hotel have panoramic patio doors facing the sunrise and looking...

This is no couples retreat for a romantic comfortable time away. Just an affordable stop over. Hot water not on thermostat, be aware of scolding. Seriously it's that hot. Air con unit loud and kept us awake. When booking room ensure yours is not facing front of hotel I. E. Loud traffic opposite 24/7. Continental and full cooked breakfast Was...

I spent the night here after a wedding I attended last month. The staff were friendly despite us coming in drunk after midnight! The bar stays open at all hours, which was nice. The rooms were spacious, our ensuite bathroom was nice and the shower's water pressure was powerful. We had breakfast in the dining room the morning after and...
