I originally booked for 5 nights. The hotel is well located to where I am working and set in lovely surroundings. Staff are eager to please and reception staff very accommodating. On my 2nd night, noise and heavy foot traffic from construction guests was upsetting. I spoke with reception who immediately relocated me to another bedroom, which was an upgrade. A seamless transaction. I booked a further week and when I checked in, was allocated a small room near to the Spa. Sadly, the room was in poor order, stained curtains, and some other issues around cleanliness and maintenance. Again, I spoke with staff, who without hesitation, apologised and immediately rectified the situation. Due to limited capacity, I was placed in a very luxurious and spacious suite at no extra cost. I accept that this is a dated and well used venue, and maintenance and upkeep must be difficult. However, given my interaction and customer service experience, I can’t think of a time when I have witnessed such willingness to put the customer 1st! I’ve just booked a further 4 nights next week, and look forward to another warm welcome. Thankyou .…
Me and my friend booked this spa for our 30th/40th birthday celebrations. We were so excited but actually left within less than an hour of being there Firstly there was no one on reception. We then walked over to the “ spa “ and the receptionist was very rude. We went into the changing facilities and it was filthy. Went into the pool area and it was just beyond disgusting. I have attached photos to this review. Our treatments were at 1pm/2pm when we had requested to have them done at the same time. There was only one therapist on shift so they weren’t able to accommodate this and no one had met us know. We hadn’t been booked in for the lunch and the only time we could do together was 12pm due to the treatment times. We were told we could have the lunch separate to each other which also wasn’t ideal. We ended up getting dressed and going home. No apologies or anything. We are wanting a full refund because we didn’t even have the lunch that was included within our stay or the treatments as we were just appalled by what we’d seen.…
Room ok, beds can feel the springs so an uncomfortable sleep. spa is filthy and if you’re not careful you could burn your leg on the steam coming from the vent. Warning sign needed. All floors are full of water and needed regularly mopping clearly not happening, health club staff closed doors before end of time and refused to let us walk through hotel to our room, instead made to walk all around the grounds with no light and no signs to how we get back. Sauna smelt of dirt and mould. Dinner was terrible. Pudding was ok but the crème tasted watered down. Breakfast was not nice and juices overly watered down. Grounds near hotel are pretty. I wouldn’t waste your money
We have just returned home after our 2 night stay with DBB plus tribute acts on both evenings. This was our 5th stay and we have always been more than satisfied! Our room was lovely and warm with a mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities ( refills available from reception) All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good ,both at breakfast and evening meal. We will be back.

I was initially disappointed with my works choice of Christmas party venue due to the negativity about the hotel. However, Bosworth Hall exceeded my expectations and laid on a wonderful Christmas party! The tables were laid out professionally and extremely well. The food and service was very good. I gave 4 out of 5 as the accompanying disco towards the end of the night became far too loud and comfortable. I however, would definitely go again, but please, not too loud with the disco.
Stayed for two nights. We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and special thanks must go to Chelle who made our weekend complete. Chelle not only looked after us so professionally, I also noticed during the whole of our stay that she was to be found equally attentive to all guests - very impressive. Special thanks also goes to Keira who coped exceptionally well with a busy reception and answered our queries very efficiently - going the extra mile for Chelle and Keira was "the norm". We had arranged private dining for the family on the Saturday and it was a huge success the room and the food were excellent. Will visit again in the future.
Visited bosworth on a trip with caladonia tour for there tribute weekend great hotel friendly staff food ok rooms lovely but if your disabled there are lots of stairs to different levels not all covered with the lift just needs noting I'm a little hard with my mobility and it was manageable but I did have problems to the end of my weekend visit well worth a visit would consider going back nice swimming pool and spa/gym free if your on the tour thank you staff keep up the friendliness makes the difference
We stayed from the 20th to 22nd Jan for a Ttibute weekend. Must say I can not believe some of the reviews others have left... This beautiful old building in beautiful grounds is simply charming. We arrived 2 hours early and we was allowed to check in early by the very friendly receptionists. We went to our room which was very nice and very clean. Our breakfasts and dinner was amazing and very tasty with a good selection of food.. if any negative would be the restaurant is a little bit on the small side and can become very busy. The 2 nights of ttibute entertainment was also very good and followed on by the resident D.J. The staff we encounted were always cheerful and willing to help despite always being run off there feet. £4gor the day to have unlimited use of the steam room / sauna / Gym and swimming pool was a bargain. Our first visitbur certainly not our last.…
