This impressive beamed Victorian building is full of character, and is set in a quiet street just half a mile from bustling Nuneaton town centre. Thursday 19th January. Good food BOGOF burgers. GREAT atmosphere on Quiz night. Dora and Boots. First time for quiz probably need all the luck we can get. We will see how it goes. Live local - not resident.

Amazing quiz atmosphere is always buzzing , lovely host and bar staff friendly couldn’t find a better pub in the nearest 5 mile, we live locally have been coming for a couple of months after working hard shifts and helps us relax

I loved my fish and chips very much and George was very kind at serving us. All in all great place, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for a quiz but would love for Desperados to lose though. Dan is on top form as always, the tiger print shirt is my fave thing about a thursday night. Kind Regards.

We came to the chase for the Christmas quiz that was very fun and the host was very good and it was very fun. We had food and drink and ordered from our table and the service was fantastic and the food was very nice and a very good price and the drinks were nice.

Lovely friendly staff at reception changed our room to ground floor. We were in room 6 .Absolutely spotless from clean linen to glass tumblers spotless. So warm and inviting . We had a meal in the pub end which was delishious. If I could ask one small thing softer plumper pillows. The selection for breakfast WOW what a choice all laid out and a cooked breakfast. Really excellent value. Would we stay again.......100% Thank you.
