Great location to stay close to Rugby Town Center and set in peaceful and beautiful garden. Free parking and good wifi throughout the property. We enjoyed the breakfast of omelettes and fresh coffee. No yogurt for a 4 star property? The room was beautiful but on 4th floor and up many flights of stairs. We were happy that we only...

Great location, lovely hotel, beautiful rooms in lovely setting but seriously let down by the restaurant. Dinner was not worth the money and came to use 'twice' cold. The cheese board had no 'cheddar' on it and I cant express how bad the hollandaise sauce was. Breakfast - no gluten free bread, no gluten free sausages, not vegi sausages, no...

The House itself is outstanding and is set amid lovely grounds. This was a business trip and we arrived 75 minutes before check-in time. The receptionist was rather distant - more focussed on her computer screen than us - and told us we would have to wait until 2pm. No offer to look after our bags. So we went off...

Our wedding reception, our 25th anniversary, my parents golden wedding, all at The Brownsover Hall. So, this Mothers Day which was also my daughters 30th birthday, where else would we go? And, as always, we had a lovely day! The hotel is beautiful as are the gardens and our meal for 15 was fab! We turned up with a cake...

I really enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel, staff were all very nice and the room was fine. We had a great meal and the bar was a nice place to relax after. There is an old-world charm about the place and I can see why it’s a popular wedding venue. The only negative here is the place is...

Stayed 2 nights March 2017. We arrived 20:30-21:00 and reception was unmanned with a note saying to dial 0. The young chap who answered didn't seem to understand at first what ‘check in’ was? We stayed in the hall. The first thing we noticed was the room was very cold, but a wall heater soon warmed things up quickly. Double...

We booked a 2 night stay recently. On arrival we went to Reception which wasn't very welcoming as it was so cold, didn't understand why they hadn't lit the massive log burner? Were given the key to a room in the Stable Block which was lovely. Went to have a shower, no hot water.... called Reception who said they would...
