10 min walk from Rugby train station so ideal for transport links. One of the best nights sleep in a hotel I've had in ages, very comfortable room. The staff were extremely helpful and allowed me to leave my car the following day when I travelled to central London. The only issue I had was with the food! real shame...

We have stayed here before, and found this visit very comfortable. The room we were given had a new bathroom. The shower was excellent. The staff is friendly, as ever and we enjoyed our stay. It is very close to downtown and it is convenient to have parking on site.

Room was spacious. Didnt sample any food. Drinks in bar were reasonably priced. Very clean all through the premises. Plenty of car parking spaces. A great location for Rugby town centre. Will definitely return to the Grosvenor.

I came and stayed in this hotel for a week and from the start the customer service was brilliant thats something that has no fault. The hotel seemed quite and didn't have many guests at the time. I went to have dinner with my colleagues and the food selection was reasonable but the wait for the food was very long,...

The room was ok, except the double bed I found too small as we have a king size, and normal size doubles seem horrendously cramped if you have a large husband. Not a good night's sleep, though otherwise hard to fault.

Thankfully the hotel has a good-sized car park at the back. Knowing Rugby from my time lived there years ago, space to park is extremely limited. From the car park, I entered the reception area and was greeted by a very attractive lady behind the desk. "Good start!" i thought to myself. This lovely lady showed me to a smallish...

We only stayed for one night - very comfortable room - it was really a big room compared to the other hotel rooms we stayed in. We had a nice dinner in the hotel and the english breakfast the next morning was also good! Hotel has a free carpark. The staff was not very knowledgeable on attractions in town -...

We had our Wedding here in September, Dot was amazing she organised everything really well and we had an amazing day we will always remember. The food was delicious, the bedrooms were comfortable - no complaints at all.

For the 2nd weekend in a row, enjoyed watching the Rugby in excellent surroundings, superb food and service. The only disappointment was the result, and I can't really hold the management responsible for that one!
