My husband and i stayed for one night and found the whole experience very pleasant from the minute we arrived we were looked after very well. The hotel was very quiet as in not many people about. We had a really lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening and there was only us and 4 others dining, they deserved...

The hotel is an old building which has been converted into a hotel. There are no elevators, so climbing up the three, no, maybe it was four! Flights of stairs was a work out. If you have bad knees, this hotel is not for you! The room was large but a bit dated 'looking' and no person touches to give...

Good location a short walk out of Rugby centre. Car park decent and walk into clean reception. Shown up to room which was a good size with big comfy bed. Bathroom large but old, crappy shower attached to taps which had 2 temperatures skin peeling hot or iceberg cold. Tv was small for a large room. Traffic noise horrendous, if...

I didn't stay in the hotel but visited the bar and restaurant for lunch. The bar area was very clean and modern with a great selection of drinks - Peroni on tap is always a welcome sight! The food in the restaurant was simply an amazing experience. I have just returned from NYC and work in London - the food...

This hotel is very convenient for the town centre and has a large car park. My room - clean and fresh. A good size, well equipped with a very comfortable bed. At the back of the hotel so no problem with traffic noise. Bathroom - spotlessly clean shower, toilet and washbasin. Looked like new attractive flooring; fresh, clean towels. Food...

I stayed here recently and had a very good time. The staff was always ready to help. The food is great.. all the dishes were fantastic. During my visit I saw a lot of refurbishment activity going but I didn't face any problems and my room was clean and had everything I could think of. Its a great place and...

I'll start with the good points - the new manager is lovely and can't so enough for you. Remembered us by name and was a great guy. Redemption staff all nice and polite, breakfast was good and service was ok, The bad bits - the room was horrid. It was smelly, mouldy with a terribly stained mattress and rusty chair....

Like a previous reviewer this was our second visit and we chose it because of its location. At first little seemed to have changed but when we mentioned any faults they were put right. Examples - the hotel has never supplied bathmats and when my wife mentioned this the new owner's wife set off into Rugby and bought one; when...

Having stayed at the grosvenor before, I thought as it was a great stay, I'd stay there again. I was not disappointed, the staff are terrific, the food great value and while I was there I went to one of their many entertainment evenings. On this occasion it was a carpenters tribute evening, what a great evening. Thank you grosvenor...
