He is recovering from cancer and isn't able to eat certain foods. He asked to have an omelette each night but the Manager told him that the chef...

We had a five day 'Christmas' break at this hotel with Alfa Holidays and thoroughly enjoyed it. Gareth our coach driver was great as always. The food was brilliant and the staff most excellent. We had requested in advance a table for two in the restaurant, which we were given (unlike some hotels which ignore our request). Our waitress, Betty,...

I visited the Royal Norfolk Hotel on 14th - 18th November, 2016, for a 5 day festive break with Alfa Travel. There was a lovely atmosphere and a warm welcome from the staff. They made a great effort decorating the hotel with Xmas garlands and a tree etc. My room was a double, although I travelled on my own, It...

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in, in England, Scotland or Wales. The whole place was buzzing. I have just returned, with 7 friends on a turkey and tinsel, and everywhere was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were kept spotless. (Never saw a maid). The food was well presented and served by a lovely Rosey.

My room was lovely and clean. The ensuite was a nice size and the shower was great. The hotel has wi-Fi which is quick. Unfortunately my room was opposite a lift so was very noisy with people going in and out (some having drawn out unnecessarily loud conversations in the hall). The walls in my room were thin enough that...
