We found The Eight Bells at Bolney by chance, and we are very glad that we did! The welcome from Sue was wonderful and she looked after us extremely well. We had the whitebait as a shared starter, followed by the mussels and the sea bass. The food was exceptional. The fish was so fresh and beautifully cooked, and the...

You can see why you might have a problem to get a booking here as it is a truly delightful B&B. Michaela and her team are so welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed with a lot of thought providing all the amenities. The beds are so comfortable with luxurious bedding. With only three rooms and a lounge area it...

This was a great find. Absolutely spotless. Huge bathroom & very comfy bed. Very quiet location but within easy reach of main routes. Wifi was available but the code did not work - when I asked we were given the code for the restaurant which did work Breakfast however could do with a bit more thought. we were greeted with...

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review following your stay. I sincerely apologise that you were not offered cereal or juice with breakfast. This was an oversight in our part as we would normally offer this to all our guests. Again many apologies. The Eight Bells Team

Fabulous B&B in picturesque village of Bolney, across from historic church. Beautifully appointed room with large en-suite bathroom with free-standing tub. Bar food and breakfast both fantastic. Personal touch of the staff was the cherry on top, everyone we dealt with from registration to bar staff to our entertaining breakfast server was warm, welcoming and chatty. Location is convenient to...

We stayed at The Eight Bells on the 10 February for one night. The room was great. The bathroom is excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep in a peaceful and tranquil location. We had an evening meal in the pub, and three family members who lived close by joined us. All five of...

This little gem could not be overrated. The bedroom, bathroom and shared lounge are of the highest standard. Both very comfortable and well maintained. However, it is the people that make it stand out the most. Friendly, chatty and extremely helpful. We didn't want to leave.

Service was good food served quick and efficiently. Some are off Christmas menu, some from normal menu and some from kids menu. All great, cannot fault.

Really lovely B&B which is situated in a half-timbered cottage across the (very quiet) road from the main pub. Our room was beautifully decorated, with leaded light windows and oak beams. The bed was extremely comfortable bed, with a lovely snug duvet. Thoughtful details included a digital clock on the bedside table and 2 bottles of water on the tea...
